In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an active Account on the tugu88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person and a resident of Indonesia aged at least 21 years at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform.
• You must not be acting as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, either through tugu88's own responsible gaming program or through any other gambling platform or regulatory authority.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of tugu88 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or payment partners.
• You must access the Platform solely for your own personal recreational use and not for any commercial, business, or professional gambling purpose.
• You confirm that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete, and current.

Each Member may hold only one (1) Account on the tugu88 Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether registered under the same name, the same identity documents, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid and actively monitored email address, and a contact phone number. tugu88 reserves the right to verify this information at any time through the KYC process described in these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your sole responsibility unless you have promptly notified tugu88 of unauthorized access. tugu88 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification on your Account.

All transactions on the tugu88 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). tugu88 does not apply any currency conversion charge; your balance is always denominated in Rupiah throughout the entire transaction lifecycle — from deposit through wagering to withdrawal.

Supported payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals currently include:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to the Member's Account within minutes of confirmed receipt. tugu88 targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 60 minutes under normal operating conditions (WIB business hours); however, processing times may extend during periods of unusually high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier interface and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and matching the identity details on file with tugu88.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to the Platform. Members should verify all transfer details before initiating a deposit.
• tugu88 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used before processing a withdrawal.
• Where a Bonus has been credited to an Account, the applicable wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal request relating to the bonus-derived balance can be processed.

tugu88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programs, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Each bonus offer is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited to the Member's Account in Indonesian Rupiah and are subject to a wagering requirement (also called a "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before any portion of the bonus-derived balance may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not satisfied within the validity period.
• Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Sportsbook bets, live casino, slots, and other products may carry different contribution percentages. The applicable contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• tugu88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, including where abuse of the promotional system is suspected.
• The accumulation of bonuses through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage strategies, or other methods deemed abusive by tugu88 will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Any maximum withdrawal limit associated with a bonus applies only to winnings derived from that bonus; real-money deposits are not subject to bonus withdrawal caps.

All bets placed on the tugu88 Platform — whether in the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, poker tournaments, or virtual sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the Member except where the cash-out feature is available and explicitly exercised before the relevant event or game round concludes.
• tugu88 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted due to a manifest pricing error, a technical fault, or where the odds offered were materially incorrect relative to the true market price at the time of placement.
• In the sportsbook, all sports results are determined by the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — including BRI Liga 1 results as confirmed by PSSI, EPL results as confirmed by the Premier League, and all other leagues and competitions by their respective governing organizations.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated with the remaining legs. If only one valid leg remains, the bet is settled as a single.
• For voor bola (goal-spread handicap) markets, the handicap applied at the time of bet placement is the handicap used for settlement regardless of any subsequent line movement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to real-time availability. tugu88 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific fixture and accepts no liability for market suspension during live events.
• tugu88 does not accept bets from Members acting in syndicate or in coordination with other Members for the purpose of exploiting pricing inefficiencies. Accounts identified as engaged in such activity are subject to immediate restriction or closure.
• Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per product category are displayed within the cashier and betting interfaces and are subject to change at tugu88's sole discretion.

tugu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any other platform policy published on the tugu88 website.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent KYC process.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, use of stolen payment credentials, or collusion with other Members.
• Identification of duplicate or multiple accounts linked to the same Member.
• Suspected money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Abusive behavior directed toward tugu88 customer support staff or other Members.
• Use of automated software, bots, AI-assisted betting tools, or any other mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Members.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within the timeframe specified by tugu88.

A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting tugu88 customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in a voluntarily closed Account will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method after the completion of standard KYC and AML checks. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

tugu88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Members. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible directly from the Member Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the total amount that may be deposited into the Account.
• Loss Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on net losses across all products.
• Session Time Limits: Maximum session duration alerts that notify the Member when a specified time period has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary suspension of the Account for a self-selected period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent or indefinite exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the tugu88 Platform solely for personal recreational betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of tugu88.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tugu88 expressly excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from a Member's voluntary betting or gaming activity on the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Temporary unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or events outside tugu88's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Errors, delays, or failures in any third-party payment network, banking system, or e-wallet provider used in connection with the Platform.
• Unauthorized access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.
• Any reliance placed by a Member on information, odds, statistics, or commentary provided on or through the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits tugu88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

tugu88 collects, processes, stores, and protects Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, each Member acknowledges and consents to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

All personal and financial data transmitted between the Member's device and the tugu88 Platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. tugu88 does not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Member personal data to third-party marketers. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable integrity obligations.

tugu88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tugu88 will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered Members via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification.

It is the Member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Continued use of the tugu88 Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree to an amendment, they must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 7.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation. tugu88 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online betting platform, and its compliance obligations are determined by the terms of its international operating license.

tugu88 is a trusted and secure platform operating under SSL encryption with provably fair gaming certification for all applicable products.
